This Speed In Sports' training programs are scientifically designed to improve an athlete's performance as well as reduce the risk of injury while playing sports. Each program offers up-to-date scientific research and cutting edge athletic enhancement technology. The programs integrate a comprehensive individual training program specially tailored to meet the specific needs of each athlete, sport, and position.
Whatever the sport, every type of athlete can benefit at our multi-sport training facilities in a safe, supportive, enjoyable, and challenging atmosphere. Every program offers a strictly controlled approach of combining optimal movement, functional strength, plyometric and explosive power, functional flexibility, and recovery.

Professional and College Performance Training
The Professional and College Performance Training program maintains a lower athlete-to-coach ratio, and each athlete is evaluated for functional movement, power, speed, agility, and sport-specific conditioning. Once the strengths and limiting factors of each individual athlete are identified we prescribe and implement a comprehensive training program. Our tailored program will not only improve athletic performance, but will also decrease the risk of injury associated with high-intensity competition.

The program is designed to make each professional and college athlete the best-conditioned athlete possible. They will also dramatically improve their playing performance through sport-specific training while developing the tools utilized for skilled execution, and improved speed, agility, power and flexibility.

High School Performance Training
The High School program is designed to teach young athletes the proper way to train and the necessity of consistency in their training. The goal is to improve an individual's weaknesses and increase their athletic performance through strength and movement training, while reducing unnecessary injury in all sports.

Junior Performance Training
The youth program is designed to educate the athlete by incorporating balance, neuromuscular coordination, improving basic running technique and flexibility, and reducing unnecessary injuries - while enhancing their sport performance and overall athleticism.
